2026 Asian University Dragon Boat Championship 🇦🇺🐉

We’re incredibly proud to announce that 8 paddlers from the Melbourne University Dragon Boat Club have been selected to represent the Australian University Dragon Boat Team at the 2026 Asian University Dragon Boat Championship in Liaocheng, China from the 22nd–27th of May!

From early mornings on the water to countless hours of training, this opportunity reflects the hard work, commitment and passion each athlete has put into the sport. Representing not only our club, but Australia on the international stage is something truly special.

Wishing the team the very best as they head to China to take on Asia’s best university crews! We’ll be cheering you on every stroke of the way.

🐉 AUSCHAMPS 2026 💪

From April 18th–20th, MUDS headed to the Sunshine Coast, Queensland to compete at AusChamps, taking on some of the best crews across the country.

After months of preparation and countless sessions on and off the water, this weekend was a true reflection of the work we’ve put in — racing harder, faster, and more united than ever.

We’re proud to have represented Victoria Junior, U24 and Premier to see how much we’ve grown as a team. Huge thank you to every paddler, and to our coaches, captains and committee for everything behind the scenes.

The standard keeps rising — and so do we.
Let’s keep building and aim even higher together 💪

🐉 AUSCHAMPS 2026 💪
