171 metres uphill from the Acacia tees, and if there's one lesson this hole teaches, it's that you almost always need more club than you think.

Miss it right and the deep greenside bunker is waiting. Miss it left and the steep slope can send your ball tumbling into the rough. Get it right though, and it's one of the most rewarding tee shots on the course.

⛳️ Hole Spotlight: The 8th at Spring Park

A good drive on our 8th hole can set up a genuine birdie chance, but don't let the yardage fool you. This par 4 rewards smart golf just as much as power.

The real challenge comes on the approach. With five bunkers guarding the green, accurate wedge play is absolutely imperative. Get your distance and direction right and you'll be staring at a makeable putt. Miss your spot, and you're suddenly fighting to save par from the sand.

Whether you're attacking the pin or playing conservatively to the heart of the green, the 8th is a hole that demands commitment to your shot.
