Nutrition can feel overwhelming with so much information out there, but it doesn't need to be complicated.

Often, a few simple habits done consistently can have a bigger impact than trying to follow the latest diet or nutrition trend.

Here are 7 habits worth focusing on:

🥦 Eat more colour by including fruit and vegetables throughout the day

🍳 Prioritise protein at meals and snacks

🥗 Choose mostly whole foods

📝 Plan ahead so healthy choices are easier

💧 Drink more water

⏰ Slow down and enjoy your meals

✔️ Remember that consistency beats perfection
