TRAC is OFF today (We’d, 24 Jul) due to ACT ground closures. This is frustrating!!! Keep running at home. Remember; head stable, fast feet, relaxed shoulders and L in the arms. AND don’t forget to cheer on the Aussie athletes going for gold in Tokyo.
