Absolutely loving the progress has been making the last few months. Working with Scotty has been awesome. He’s not living like a monk, he still likes to eat out sometimes and enjoy some wine, but through making some clever swaps, increasing his activity and following the process he is killing it!! Love seeing good people do well.

I’m now opening up arvo / Evening spots for this program as I’ve wrapped up other commitments and have decided to make this my entire business as I’m really enjoying it.

Paul came to me having made the realisation that he wanted to seek out help to improve his health. Being a successful, intelligent person with a strong sense of responsibility towards taking care of family and the people around him meant that he had been leaving the looking after himself part of the equation at the bottom of the pile for too long.

The thing is the nature of the fitness industry often makes this journey seem more difficult than it needs to be sometimes in my opinion. Social media can make people believe that they need to take things to extremes to make a change, this couldn’t be further from the truth. To watch someone’s whole energy/vitality change in front of your eyes, there is nothing better.

Paul has lost 17 kilos (1 more since writing this) and has gained a ton of strength. Such a phenomenal transformation and I’m so stoked for him! 🙌

My client Scottie over two and a half years after losing 30 kilos training with me. He lifts weights, sprints, plays basketball tracks his weight and his food, however not all the time.

This is the beauty of a flexible dieting approach. You are aware of energy balance and how to keep track of it. You don’t have to necessarily exclude any foods, you just eat plenty of whole foods and make sure to include a burger, some chocolate, some ice cream some drinks whatever it may be if you want them in moderation. If you can swap low cal versions of these then you can do it more regularly. All my clients get there bloods done and the Dr is always happy.

My gran is 96 and has been eating like this and walking heaps her whole life. As she would say “it’s moderation dear” It works! Ad in lifting some weights and doing some cardio that you enjoy and there is a sustainable way to stay healthy.
