We offer a range of training options with fully qualified experienced professionals aiming to help guide & teach our clients the tools in life to live a long healthy, active lifestyle. ✨ A New Chapter for Viva Life Yarrambat

Update from Kaz...
With a very full and emotional heart, I’m sharing that I’ve made the decision to sell Viva Life Yarrambat and hand the reins over to the beautiful new owner, Johanique.

As many of you know, the last couple of years have been a real journey for me with my health, and this season of life is asking me to step back and prioritise my healing, my wellbeing, and my family. This hasn’t been an easy decision, because this space has been built with so much love, care, and community and I’m so incredibly proud of what it has become.

The truth is, I haven’t been able to give Yarrambat the time and energy it truly deserves, and I know that having someone step in with fresh energy and focus is the best thing for the studio. Trying to split myself between two studios has been alot to manage.

The Viva Life brand is something I’m deeply proud of, it truly feels like a child to me
🤍 I will continue to operate our Diamond Creek studio, and you’ll still see me on the schedule at Yarrambat on Wednesday mornings, which means I still get to stay connected with this beautiful community.

The studio will remain Viva Life Yarrambat, continuing under the Viva Life brand
✨ What does this mean for yarrambat clients? ✨
You’ll still see your favourite teachers, and the schedule will remain the same for now. Over time, Johanique will bring fresh ideas and new energy into the space.

The only key change is that the two studios will no longer be merged, meaning packs and memberships won’t be shared across locations.

This immersive class combines guided breathwork with the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls to calm your nervous system, release emotional tension, and restore balance to body and mind.

We begin with gentle movement, then start to introduce the breath to help you slow down, drop inward, and clear mental clutter.
As your body softens, you’ll be guided into a sound bath using crystal bowls, allowing the frequencies to wash over you and support deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic reset.

This is a nurturing, restorative experience designed to help you:

◇Improve sleep and mental clarity
