FANTASTIC TRAINING FROM THESE 3!!!

BLINK AND YOU WILL MISS IT.
Dealing with a bigger opponent is no issue if you know what you are doing. Every man has the same weaknesses. Learning speed, technique and skill are the key.
Here instructor Craig is being held near the neck by the attacker.

In less than a few seconds the attacker is down. This video is a good example to remain vigilant even when subduing an opponent. Here, an experienced attacker still can get an unexpected shot in with the foot if you are unprepared.

Self defence and martial arts training is about learning to protect yourself regardless of the circumstances.
