Love these guys!!

Thanks for everyone's support in 2023. The boys delivereing some last minute gym equipment before Christmas.
We have both storage options available at the moment , with pick up or self storage! Just a reminder that our storage that we pick up is stored untouched from when it's loaded into our storage containers on our truck. So how it comes to us is exactly how it is returned to you. We simply lift these off with our forklift and secure them in our yard until they are ready for your new home or location.

WEIGHTLIFTING 🏋🏼‍♀️
Are you interested in joining the crew 🤔 or wanting to try Oly lifting ? We have the services for you🫵🏻

🏋🏼‍♀️Adults:
$30 per week - beginners
$25 per week - intermediate and advanced

🏋🏻‍♂️What that Includes:
* programming - 2-5 days per week
* Feedback
* Competition coaching
* In person feedback during classes (at least one class per week)
* Video feedback if not in class

🏋🏼‍♀️Adult one on one coaching:
$50 per session ( 1 hour session)

🏋🏻‍♂️Youth:
$35 per session - one on one

🏋🏼‍♀️Youth classes:
$25 per session (two people minimum) - or $30 per person per week for two sessions

$15 per session - youth classes (three people minimum) - $20 per person per week for two sessions

$10 per session - youth classes (5-10 people)

*sessions are around 1 hour
*additional sessions charges will apply
