If you’ve ever struggled with slipping, sliding, or wardrobe malfunctions in class, don’t stress—we’ve all been there! Here’s what to wear at every level to stay comfy, confident, and ready to slay. 💃✨
💫 Beginner Pole Class
☑️ Top: Fitted tank or sports bra (loose tops can get in the way).
☑️ Bottoms: Shorts that expose your thighs—skin contact helps with grip! Bike shorts work if you’re feeling shy. 😉
☑️ Feet: Barefoot
❌ Avoid: Lotion or oils before class—trust us, slippery skin and poles don’t mix!
✅ Pro tip: Not quite ready to bare your legs? Wear leggings for warm-up and take them off when needed!
🔥 Intermediate Pole Class
You're climbing higher, working on inverts, and grip is everything!
☑️ Top: Sports bra or crop top for extra skin contact.
☑️ Bottoms: Pole shorts or b***y shorts—longer shorts might slip!
☑️ Feet: Barefoot
✅ Pro tip: Grip aid (like Dry Hands) is a game-changer if you struggle with sweaty palms!
👑 Advanced Pole Class
At this level, you need maximum grip, movement, and zero distractions!
☑️ Top: Sports bra or pole top with full range of motion.
☑️ Bottoms: High-cut pole shorts or bikini-style bottoms for better leg grip.
☑️ Feet: Barefoot or heels (depending on the class).
☑️ Extras: Kneepads & ankle protectors for dynamic tricks and floorwork.
✅ Pro tip: Layers are your best friend! Wear leggings or a cosy hoodie for warm-ups, then strip down when you’re ready to fly.
