Spacious 3 person infrared sauna and high quality endurance compression boots await in our recovery room for our members for 1hr use.

You can access this room casually $20 or add unlimited use to your gym membership for just an additional $12.95 per week. *min 3 month

Members can bring a friend (non member)to use the space with you or have it all to yourself. 🙌

Sit back in our recliner chair with your legs getting the ultimate compression treatment before you jump into the sauna, connect your phone to the Bluetooth speakers and listen to your favourite podcast or music.
