It is with great honour that we announce the awarding of Life Membership to long-time club secretary, Chris Floyd! 🎖️

Joining the club in the mid-2000s, Chris rose from the lower grades to the first XI despite not playing cricket as a junior. He captained teams to grand finals, and played in two premierships.

But it is his contribution off the field that sets him apart. Serving as Secretary for over a decade, Chris has played vital role in ensuring the club meets its compliance and regulatory requirements, registrations are maintained, and completing so many of the jobs most wouldn't even knew existed.

You'd be hard pressed to find anyone that doesn't have a good word for Chris, as a teammate, as an opponent or as administrator. A magnet for getting hit by cricket balls at training, an class-leading celebrator of premierships, and one of the best blokes you could ever want to have a beer with.

Thank you 'Nullen' for all of the work you have done, and continue to do for our great club, and congratulations on becoming the Club's 22nd Life Member!
