Senior Semi Final Results

Derrinallum 7-104 def Carranballac 35

The tigers were sent in to bat and after an early wicket found themselves in an okay position at 1-38. However a middle order collapse saw us fall to 7-54, before a 50 run 8 wicket stand from Hunter Thompson and Max Uren pushed us to a defendable total of 104.
Our bowlers started perfectly to defend this total with Gurwinder Samra doing damage to Carranballac’s top order before Max Uren delivered again cleaning up the tail to bowl Carranballac out for 35.

What a thrilling grand final! Derri snatched victory from Linton in the final four balls of the innings, sealed by a brilliant run-out.
