Hey Everyone,

Thought it was about time I jumped on here and introduced myself again.

I’m Laura and I teach mat Pilates classes as well as private Pilates sessions using the reformer and other equipment.

I have lived and taught Pilates here in Denmark for 3 years and been teaching Pilates for 10 years now.

I have also taught yoga and kids yoga in the past too.

If you are looking to add some movement to your life reach out and we can have a chat.

Hi it’s Laura here 👋

Just letting you know that Pilates beginners for for term 1 next year is open for bookings -(mat Pilates course with a 1:1 reformer session and small equipment thrown in)

Starts early February and runs for 8 weeks.

I know is December and you might be busy thinking about Christmas but why don’t you buy yourself (or someone you love) the gift of fitness and mindful movement?

Pilates Beginners Course

I am just finishing the last weeks of current Pilates beginners course. And it’s been awesome and so much fun.

Next round is slightly shorter (8 weeks) which means slightly lower cost too. The beginners class will be a morning class this time

It will begin February (term 1) next year with a limit of 12 spots.

What’s Pilates all about?

Always wanted to try Pilates but not sure when or how to make the leap?

I’ll be running a Pilates beginners course at the beginning of October.

Designed to get you into Pilates with the ability to ask questions and have the introduction to give you a great base to get into it.

Why Pilates?

Pilates promotes whole body alignment, core strength and spine health. It also helps us improve mobility and flexibility as well as developing the mind body connection- think connection to breathe and your body and mind moving in a connected way.

Who is it for?

Pilates is for everyone ❤️. I feel deeply passionate about this.

We can learn to love our bodies enough that every day provides an opportunity to listen in and move your body in the way it needs.

Some days we do the strong stuff and others we move our bodies to lift our mood and find some space.
