Girls Only Tennis squads -Free for participants for 2 terms.
Your daughter is invited to try out.
Venue: Olympic Park Muswellbrook, Denman Tennis Club
Time: After school.
Time Frame: Term 1 and 2, 2025.
Duration: 8 weeks.
Commencing: Feb 2025
Format: 1 coaching session per week- no cost. It is hoped that participants will progress to next level
of tennis programs.

Use of the courts at Denman is now free for juniors. All you have to do is set up a free account via

FREE court hire for Junior members. To receive free court hire, juniors must first sign up as a member of the tennis club before booking a court.

Tennis court hire at Denman has been halved by Muswellbrook Shire Council from 1st July 2024 to $9.58 for adults during the day ($13.55 for night use with brand new lights) and is FREE for juniors/under 18s at all times! Thankyou Muswellbrook Shire Council!

Happy to announce that following the Denman Tennis Club submission to the Muswellbrook Shire Council draft 2024-25 Operational Plan and Fees and Charges, the Council has advised:

At the Ordinary Council Meeting conducted Tuesday evening, 25 June 2024, Council resolved to halve the charge for seniors and to waive the charge for juniors for Denman Tennis and Denman Basketball for the 2024-25 financial year. This will be reflected in Council’s adopted 2024-25 Fees and Charges.

This avoids having to travel to Muswellbrook Shire Council offices during working hours to pay, place a deposit for the key, then return the key.

The Council has released its 2024-25 Operational Plan https://www.muswellbrook.nsw.gov.au/2024-2025-operational-plan/ for comment, including its proposed Fees and Charges, inclusive of Sporting Fees. Denman Tennis Club will be responding to the consultation in this regard, as we believe the fees for the use of the tennis courts in Denman are far too high and discourage their use.
