Stop comparing yourself to when you were 20 when it comes to training.

Life has changed — and probably for the better.You have more responsibilities, more commitments, and your body has changed too.

Back then you may have trained 6 days a week.Now you might only manage 2–3 sessions
 and that’s perfectly fine.

The key is adapting, not beating yourself up.Train according to where you are in life right now.

Do what you can, with what you have, and stay consistent.That’s what keeps you strong for the long run.
