Pinching myself for a moment 🩵

How blessed are we?!

This weekend was a massive one behind the scenes and a huge credit goes to the builders at AJ Nichols Building who made this ceiling happen over the LONG WEEKEND!! Tom and his mates who put the place back together AGAIN 👏🏼

To think we could only start late Monday afternoon… I walked through the door at 4:45pm, cleaned, dinner, put the girls to bed, published classes and then headed straight back to the studio to put everything back together. Before I knew it… it was 1:25am 🫣

But somehow… we opened our doors and welcomed our very first class back in at 6am 👏🏼

Walking into this space now feels pretty special. Seeing a vision come to life, watching our community grow, and creating something beautiful for Deloraine to enjoy is something we’ll never take for granted.

Thank you for supporting this little dream of ours 🩵

We cannot wait for you all to enjoy this big, beautiful space with us ✨

WE ARE BACK 🩵

After 4 days of drills, dust, planning and pulling the studio apart… we reopen 9.06.2026 ✨

The roof is done ✔️
The reformers will be back in place ✨
The space will be ready 🥰
And tomorrow at 6:00am we move again 👏🏼

This little boutique studio has grown quicker than we ever imagined and creating a space that feels calm, beautiful and welcoming for our community will always matter to us.

Thank you for being patient while we had to make improvements behind the scenes.

Now… who is ready to step back onto the reformer, take a deep breath and start the week strong?

When Thomas and I opened Sweat It, we always knew we wanted it to be more than just a Pilates studio. 🤍

A few years ago, we had this vision to create something for our community. Being 45 minutes from the next biggest town, we saw an opportunity to build a space where people could move their bodies, feel supported and genuinely belong.

The most rewarding part has been watching people walk through our doors who maybe haven’t moved their body in a long time or haven’t always felt comfortable in other spaces and seeing them feel welcomed here. ✨

Hearing people say they feel supported, included and not judged honestly means everything to us.

This little community we’re building already feels so special and we’re so grateful for everyone who has supported us along the way. 🩵
