It’s almost time to kick off our 2026/27 Five Competition Series!

Round One is happening at Huntsman Lake on Saturday 19th September and is proudly sponsored by Seamaster. A huge thank you to Seamaster for their continued support of our club and helping us make these competition days possible! 💙🎣

We’ve got great prizes up for grabs, BBQ after weigh-in, and of course, plenty of opportunities to earn yourself a fine along the way 😅💰🍻

🎣 August meeting wrap

Heaps happening at the Deloraine District Anglers Club 🥳

We had a huge turnout at The British Hotel for our August meeting. Thanks to all who turned up and to the pub for hosting a us.

We had Kim from Fathom Lures come along and showcase his range of lures for sale.

Also the North and Coast post popped in for an interview so keep your eyes out for that one 🫣😂

Dam day at our club dam this Sunday details to come.

Our members draw was at $100 after going off last meeting. #79 rolled out - Chris Johnson (not there). Jackpots to $150 next month.

The big Meat tray went to Wayne Donovan 🥩

Bush inn/Camel voucher went to Jeremy Donohue 🐪

R Stephens honey went to Cam Dunlop and Brett Smith 🍯 🐝

The pack of Scrolls went to Josh Stephens

🚨 An important update in regards to our August meeting. Unfortunately the pub is double booked so our meeting has been moved from Mon night to Tuesday night August 11, 730pm start at the British Hotel Deloraine.

💐Vale Jo B**r 💐

The Deloraine District Anglers Club are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of much respected life member Jo B**r.

As one of only a small few life members and up until last month the only female life member Jo’s service, impact and legacy has been long lasting in our club. A truly lovely lady who will be missed by all.

Our thoughts and love are with all Jo’s family, friends and all who knew Jo during this difficult time.

First meeting back tonight. Bloody cold out but the Mole Creek Sports Club was toasty.
Thanks to the members who braved it and come out to sign up. We are back with monthly meeting members draw, meat tray, honey from local legends Stephens family and new this season the Bush Inn / Thirsty Camel bottle shop have jumped on with a gift voucher each month. Thankyou to all

Tonight we are back 🎣

🎣 Good evening members and followers,

Season 26/27 is nearly here. Our first meeting will be Monday July 13th. Memberships are due so come along and get signed up. If you cannot make a meeting and want to join, you can msg our page and we will try and work something out.

With big plans it sure is looking like being another great season with our club.

Our first 3 meetings and locations are
July 13th at Mole Creek Sports Club
August 10th at The British Hotel Deloraine
September 14th at the Sheffield RSL

We look foward to seeing all returning and some new faces on Monday night 🎣🎣🎣
