D2E is about helping ANYONE with any questions they may have on training, nutrition and correct supplementation. We are partners and b

oth have been qualified personal trainers for quite sometime but have come to realise that personal training and group Sessions aren't a long term fixture without making changes to other aspects of life. We understand that's its not always that easy to make certain changes in ones life as everyone is different, but there are always small changes we can make to work towards a bigger goal. We want to help and see people do things they never believed they could and then in turn help others. There is no way that we can change society as the path it has taken is all about convenience and making things easy for people and we believe that the diet industry is only about money and always will be as if diets worked EVERYONE would be fit and healthy. We believe in healthy eating and lifestyle but making it work for each individual by listening to what you have to say and your situation and suggesting small changes or methods you could try, if these changes don't work then we are still better off than before because we know what doesn't work for you and can try another angle. The one main thing we believe in is that with the right mix of diet, exercise and lifestyle we can feel more motivated, energised and driven to see an ongoing result :)

On Friday last week we had an afternoon meeting with a representative of the Magpie Primary School to receive a certificate of appreciation for a recent donation we’d made to the school…. Little did we know we were going to have our hearts stolen in this amazing experience 🙏

We were greeted by mum and this young girl who had the biggest smile…. With a typed up letter she read out just how much it meant to her and her peers and how each and every donation makes a huge difference as schools are funded based on enrolments and with around 120 students they get very little 💔

The letter even had prompts to shake our hands 🥹

She spoke so well and honestly just had such a happy presence and needless to say we were so so grateful for the certificate and just the effort ❤️

We do many donations to schools, sporting clubs, charities and other organisations but this one really felt like it made a big difference and we will be continuing to support this school in anyway we can 🫶

The young girl wanted to have a flex off (thats legit too 😂… mum will back us up) so we hit a front double and then we all headed home but the whole thing was just such a nice and positive experience 🙏

This little superstar will be leading the way in the future with the courage and enthusiasm she showed 🤌

It’s a friendly reminder you don’t have to do big things to make a big difference 👊

Gday Legends - Just a couple of updates on a few plans that are happening in the next week as well as over the few months 🙏

Mainly explaining some floor plan updates and replacing the last little bit of cardio at both locations 🫶

As well as the turf for the North gym 🙂

We have a million ideas and plans for more upgrades and strength pieces too BUT all of these things cost mega bucks and so we can only do as much as we can do but we will be finishing 2026 strong AF and then continue with more plans for 2027 👊

We finally got around to drawing the winner from the secret draw for all those who joined on the open day🙂

This means we gave away $1350 in one day helping 3 people with a bit of extra cash which is something we love and and are proud to be able to do 🙏

A huge congrats to Brody Mason who was the winner today and without going into detail I know this has come a great time for him 🙂

Thanks to all those who entered and keep your eyes out for some cool things coming and happening for the tail end of 2026 🙌
