Redbacks Presentation Night is on 12th April at United Services. It is a sit down meal with cost of $55.

They are awarding a Rod Lewis Memorial Trophy that Anna and Kathy are going to present.

There will be a bit of a talk about Rod and Walesendia (as a parent club). It would be nice to get some ex-Walesendia players attend this event.

2014/15 A Grade T20 Premiers

One of our clubs finest achievements, led by captain Tom Douglass who blasted 108 not out in the semi final to help defeat Eastern Taipans, we would come against a star studded Centrals side in the Grand Final that featured current QLD bulls batsman Sammy Truloff, as well as a handful of other players with Brisbane First Grade experience.

Bowling first, Nathan Hooper took 3/8 to help restrict Centrals to 7/98 off their 20 overs. The boys would make short work of that, reaching the total inside 16 overs with 7 wickets in hand. Dylan Hickson finishing 30 not out with the bat.

A great night & one to look back on for many of us.
