Preface: Pose method was invented when I was born, 1977. When running in Pose, your cadence will be automatically from 180 strides per minute. Cadence is in fact, a byproduct of running correctly.

So the solution is there, ripe and ready to consume, but people still taste the water and at wrong corners.

Cadence is the number of steps you take per minute on a run. Increasing that stride frequency is something that many running coaches agree can help you run faster — but it takes practice.

That is what I am talking about when I say we have a poor culture of running technique.
