Monday Motivation! Reflecting over the last 10 years of being in the fitness industry, one of the most common issues I have found with anyone wanting to build muscle and increase strength is the lack of training 'intensity'. Intensity can be defined as 'Progressive overload' (increasing weight and/ or reps over time with correct technique). I have found this principal to be more effective in stimulating hypertrophy and strength more than any other rep / set scheme, program or exercise. In summary "if it doesn't challenge you it won't change you"... DM me if you want more information regarding the progressive overload principal.
