We're experiencing an issue with our entry scanner at the gym. Existing fobs don't appear to be scanning, however. barcodes on the Glofox app are working fine. If you're having difficulty scanning your fob, please try your Glofox app. Our security team is investigating this issue - hopefully rectified soon. Personal Training Sessions now available to purchase! 💪
We're so excited to welcome Lacie, our new Superstar Personal Trainer at Springs Health and Fitness!

Sessions are open to members and non-members and can be booked via our GloFox app (download from the app store, search for Springs Health and Fitness and register as a new user!)

Hi everyone, my name is Lacie. I'm a qualified professional trainer, I’m here to support and educate people to help them achieve not only their goals but to teach methods to maintain their results. Fitness is different for everyone. I’m here to work beside my clients to help them find their groove and what works best for them.
I’m excited to see all of your faces around the gym!! 😊😊
