Start in line with the green post in front of the change rooms near the dam spillway. Swim north to touch the landing at the north end of the lake. Turn right and swim to touch the landing at the east side below the Bridport Street Lookout. Swim west to swim around the landing at the Boathouse and then south to the beach just north of the change rooms. Take your time as you reach the shore.

Dear swimmer,
This year, due to COVID restrictions, the Lake Daylesford Swim Classic will be a virtual event. Between 14th and 28th February, 2021, do a 1.2 k swim (preferably in Lake Daylesford, but you can swim somewhere else) and register your time.
Keep safe. Swim with friends and swim within your capabilities. If you want to swim in Lake Daylesford and you want someone to swim or paddle with you to keep you company, contact us by email ([email protected] or [email protected]) and we'll try to arrange it.
Yes, we'll have the usual random prizes which will be awarded online.
We run the Lake Daylesford Swim Classic to raise funds to support the La Faek Diak Foundation which runs a small medical clinic in Bacau, East Timor. Sadly, we're not able to run our usual raffle this year but the Foundation still needs our support to carry on their important work. If you are able, make an on-line donation
When you register your swim and make an on-line donation, you will go in the official LDSC record and the swim will be added to your LDSC total.
