π New Round of Pelvic Connections starting this Friday 22nd May π 7:30am.
This is an opportunity for Women to join together and become experts in their own Movement Patterns and the associations of those patterns with relation to their Pelvic Floor, Core and a whole lot more.
Our Pelvis is an amazing structure. Some of its functions are:
supporting the weight of the upper body whilst sitting or standing and acts as a stable foundation for the Spine.
links the Trunk to the Lower Limbs that enable walking, running etc.
serves as an anchor for many of our powerful muscle groups, including muscles of the Hips, Spine and Pelvic Floor
protects vital organs, including the Bladder, Re**um and internal reproductive organs.
We will be exploring our amazing Body through Yoga and Pilates, through Breath awareness and learning how to feel & connect to the movements rather than 'doing' Yoga or Pilates.
All five sessions are included in the cost of the course. Our class dates are listed below: please note all sessions will start at 7:30am and run for 60 minutes.
Session 1. Friday 22nd May
Session 2. Friday 29th May
**Session 3. THURSDAY 4th June
Session 4. Friday 12th June
Session 5. Friday 19th June
** Please note Week 3 will be held on the Thursday, as I will be away on the Friday.
Mats and Pilates equipment are all available for use, although you are more than welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
