🌟 Member Spotlight: Sonja’s Journey 🌟

When Sonya first came to us, osteoarthritis had made everyday movement incredibly difficult. She was struggling to walk, had very limited knee movement with almost no flexion or extension, and needed support and guidance from our trainer, Will, to begin her journey.

Starting with gentle movement to understand just how restricted her mobility was, Sonja also incorporated pool-based exercises, allowing her to move with less pain and build confidence.

Over the next 2–3 months, we saw remarkable progress. Sonja gradually regained movement, started walking more comfortably, and we noticed something just as importantβ€”her confidence and energy returning. 😊

As her strength and mobility improved, Will introduced squats into her programme. Starting carefully and progressing at the right pace, Sonja is now increasing her squat depth and becoming more active than she has been in a long time.

πŸ’ͺ Through consistent exercise and the right support, Sonja has been able to:

βœ… Increase her joint movement
βœ… Become more active and independent

This month, we're proud to celebrate our resident Hype Man - Lee Rees as our Member of the Month! πŸ‘

Lee has been part of the TF 24/7 family since we opened our doors in April 2024 and has been a great example of what consistency and commitment can achieve.

What started as a gym closer to home has become a place where Lee has found a supportive community, friendly faces, and the motivation to keep showing up. One of the things Lee values most about TF 24/7 is the people who make it feel more than just a gymβ€”it’s a community.

πŸ’ͺ Biggest Achievement: Making training a regular part of his routine.

🎯 Current Goal: Staying fit and continuing to improve.

We asked one of our regular members Rob what keeps him coming to train and his answer was pretty simple. He comes to the gym to turn his stress into strength!

Club Manager Annette said she trains to "keep my my mind and body feeling great. No matter how I feel when I walk in the door, I will always feel better and walk out in a better mood."
