🐾 Join Us for Kiki’s Justice Walk 🐾

This Sunday, 9 August 2026, our community will come together to honour Kiki and stand up for animals who deserve to be safe, protected, and heard.

📅 Date: Sunday, 9 August 2026
🕙 Time: 10:00 am

Kiki’s story has touched the hearts of so many people across the Territory and beyond. This walk is an opportunity to come together in solidarity—not only to remember Kiki, but to show that animal cruelty has no place in our community.

This community event also represents the growing number of people advocating for stronger animal welfare laws, greater accountability for animal cruelty, and better protection for vulnerable animals across the Northern Territory and Australia. Every person who attends helps demonstrate that our community cares deeply about animal welfare and wants to see meaningful change.

We extend a special invitation to our wonderful foster carers, adopters, volunteers, and anyone who has welcomed a rescue animal into their lives. If you have fostered a Save A Paw NT dog, adopted one of our animals, or played a role in helping a dog recover from abuse, neglect, or abandonment, we would love for you to join us.

There is something incredibly powerful about seeing dogs who were once frightened, neglected, or forgotten walking confidently beside the people who gave them a second chance. They are living proof of what compassion, patience, and advocacy can achieve.

Whether you’re a rescuer, a pet owner, an animal lover, or simply someone who believes every animal deserves kindness and protection, we encourage you to walk alongside us. Bring your family, your friends, and your four-legged companions as we stand together for animals who cannot speak for themselves.

If you’re bringing your dog, please ensure they are on a lead and are comfortable in a public setting.

Together, we can honour Kiki’s memory, celebrate the resilience of rescue animals, and continue advocating for a future where every animal is treated with the care, respect, and protection they deserve.

Kiki's Justice Walk 2026 is named in honour of Kiki, who was a victim of Adam Britton, and tragically died in September 2021.

We honour Kiki's memory, and honour all of his victims, named and unnamed, and hope that you attend this years walk to show your support for greater animal welfare.

Come along on Saturday May 9th and celebrate the first birthday of the wonderful team at HATS!

6 DAYS TO GO until our 1 Year Birthday celebration.

We have the animal rescues attending with lots of animals looking for their forever home Save A Paw NT DACS Inc A Safe Place For Meow Inc Greyhound Rehoming Association NT RSPCA Northern Territory. This will be a great opportunity to talk to the rescues directly, sign up to become a foster carer or have any questions you have answered.

Not to mention we will have the NT's (or maybe world's) best dog trainer attending Hannah from Pawsitive K9 Behaviour and our wonderful friends at Evie's Bark who are fighting for better animal rights in the NT. We will also have some new friends joining us from Kiki's Justice Walk 2026, so please come along and learn more about them and show your support to all of these wonderful organisations❤️

We will also have MORE for Moo and Mel from CAKES and Shnacks with some seriously good dog treats🐾

Did I mention there will also be coffee ☕😃

We can't wait to celebrate everything we have achieved together 🫶
