Donna is one of our OGs, beginning her Fitstop journey at our Darwin studio. She loved it so much that when Northern Suburbs opened, she brought her husband Mark along and he fell in love with it too!

These two are the perfect example of what makes our community so special. They love the community, the programming and the ability to push themselves hard every session.
You always know exactly what you’re going to get from Donna and Mark, they’re always ready to train, always welcoming to new people, and constantly pushing each other to be 1% better. 🔥

Well done, you two! We absolutely love having you both as part of our community. 🫶🏽

A massive congratulations to our June Member of the Month, Teri! 👏🔥

If you’ve ever been to a lunchtime session, you’ll definitely know Teri. He’s one of the familiar faces that’s always there ready to cheer you on, welcome you into the community, and give 100% every single session.

Teri embodies everything we love about our community. He brings positive energy, works hard, and is always willing to support those around him with a fist bump, spot or a little gee up; he’s got you!

His consistency, dedication, and commitment to pushing himself while lifting others up have not gone unnoticed. Teri has become a huge part of what makes our lunchtime sessions such a great environment.

Inspiring to see such a huge turnout from the Fitstop crew, showing up, pushing limits, & supporting each other every step of the way. A massive congratulations to everyone who took part & gave it their all!

Moments like these remind us that fitness is about more than just training. It’s about community, commitment & celebrating what we’re capable of together. 🙌

Member of the Month – May 🏆

A huge shout-out to our May Member of the Month, Kosta!

This recognition has been a long time coming. Whether you’ve trained at the City or the Northern Suburbs studio, chances are you’ve crossed paths with Kosta and know exactly why he’s earned this
one.

Kosta is the definition of consistency and commitment. He’s always willing to jump in and train with anyone, brings incredible energy to every session, and never does things by halves. No matter the workout, you can count on him to give 100% and push himself and those around him.

One of the things that makes Kosta such a valued part of our community is his willingness to help others. Whether he’s making sure you’re actually getting out of bed for that early morning session, welcoming new members, or helping Coach Spillett keep sessions running smoothly, he’s always looking for ways to support the people around him.

Kosta embodies what we’re all about; showing up consistently, encouraging others, and striving to be
that little bit better every day.

Congratulations, Kosta! Thank you for everything you bring to the community and for helping make the gym the place it is.

Easily two of the most humble members in the community—you should’ve seen their faces when they were announced. Shocked, happy, surprised, and genuinely grateful… a true reflection of who they are.

They’re always the first to lend a hand or welcome new members, creating an environment where everyone feels supported. Together, they continue to push each other to be that 1% better every day.

Not only are they making incredible progress with their body composition goals, but their strength, fitness, and consistency speak volumes about their discipline and commitment.

It’s been an absolute pleasure watching your journey so far—can’t wait to see what else you both achieve this year 🚀

🔥 February Member of the Month 🔥

A massive shoutout and well done to this absolute legend - Manouk! 🙌🏽

From the very first session of the month, Manouk set the tone. PB after PB, bell after bell 🔔 bshe’s been on an absolute tear. The effort, the consistency, and the determination have been next level. When it’s time to work, she works.

No matter the session, you can always count on Manouk to show up all guns blazing, bringing the energy and the good vibes. Whether she’s training in the afternoon alongside her partners in crime Sammy and Ella, pushing each other to lift heavier and go harder, or getting it done solo in the morning sessions, she brings the same intensity and focus every single time.

She fully embraced this performance phase. Dialled in, trusted the process, and the results speak for themselves. Stronger, fitter, faster… and not done yet. 💪🏽

We’re beyond proud of the progress you’ve made this month, and even more excited to see the numbers you’re going to smash next phase.
