Huge congratulations to finishers and awesome work, Trudy Guiney, on your age group first place.

I know of Nico, Craig and Chris currently battling it out in the Ironman. Let us know of any others out there.

Cairns fever is here and it's the day before the big one.
Good luck to all of our athletes in the 70.3 and Ironman events.
We can't wait to hear about all the thrills and spills of race day.

Also, to those who stayed home this year, we wish you the best for the City to Surf tomorrow. Wait... how many times do you have to climb Darwin High hill again?

What tips do you have for our athletes tomorrow?

Due to venue conditions, the upcoming DTC Tri Fest will unfortunately be cancelled.

The Club aims to hold fun and safe events, and this season has delivered many a curve ball, with weather events affecting venue access and safety.

So this gives you June back to partake in Darwin’s 1000 other events, before we start it all again in July for our 2026-27 season.

Stay tuned for details of our upcoming season.

RD Report

If you weren't dizzy watching this morning's mixed relay, were you even there?

What a massive shoutout to everyone who came down to help and race.

The energy was unmatched, the cheering and banter was great. And it was awesome seeing old friends and fresh faces completely losing track of who they were supposed to tag.

We want to run this again, but we seek input into the perfect format. Tell us in the comments:
Do we open it up to non-members next time?
Do we force a mandatory chip swap on every single leg to maximize the scramble?
All ideas welcome!

You thought we forgot about the team triathlon on Sunday?

Ok, you got us. But plenty of you owe us “late tickets.”

Thankfully, our dedicated permits officer was all over this, so the details are as follows:
• Lake Alexander meet
• This Sunday the 31st of whatever month we are in
• Rego from 6.15 – 6.40
• Teams will be 3 or 4 people depending on final numbers
• Teams will be allocated by the committee and announced at rego
• Each team member will complete a 250m Swim/5K bike/1k run
• When each team member has completed their triathlon, the timing chip will be passed to the next team member
• The bike route is a lap of East Point. Please be aware that roads will be open
• The run is a lap around Lake Alex so leave your flash runners at home
• This is a social and fun event. But remember the safety rules, cover your head and your ni***es

Because the rules of social media dictate a picture for attention, please admire a picture of our rather dapper Timelord last week.

The rules also state the link goes in the comments below, so wish us luck.

Something to note this coming Sunday.
