It has been a big 2018 season after 12 successful nights of racing which included five double headers.

We would like to thank all the competitors, sponsors, officials and pit crews who have helped make this season a memorable one.

Congratulations to last night's Wingless Sprint feature-race winners: Nathan Dicker (NSW - pictured) and Peter Logue (Vic).

In the Darwin Title at Darwin's Northline Speedway (NT), Dicker headed a NSW lock out of the podium ahead of current NT Champion Troy Carey and Jason Davis.

The final night of the double header at Horsham's Blue Ribbon Raceway (Vic) resulted in veteran Logue picking up the win. Home in second and third place was former Victorian Champion Glenn Watts and the pervious night's winner Carly Walsh.

Night 1 of the Top End Challenge is now run
with a few teams left with a bit of work before round 2 tonight.
Nt 41 of Jamie McInnes
showed thst last meetings feature win was not just a 1 of taking out the win from N45 of Troy Carey.

Local guy Sean Tiedeman was left with a lot of work after a big crash in the feature.
The team worked into the night and our vistors from NSW lending a hand to get Sean back for tonight.

Congratulations to last night's Wingless Sprint feature-race winners: Jamie McInnes (NT - pictured) and Carly Walsh (Vic).

At Northline Speedway (NT), McInnes scored back-to-back feature-race wins. On this occasion, he defeated the NSW-based duo of current NT Champion Troy Carey in second and Jason Davis in third.

Walsh continued her impressive finish to the season by taking out the opening feature race at Horsham's Blue Ribbon Raceway (Vic) last night. Following Walsh across the finish line was Marcus Green and 410 Sprintcar racer Brayden Parr in second and third place respectively.

Unfortunately, last night's 50 Lapper action at Sydney's Valvoline Raceway (NSW) was cancelled, due to the wet weather.

For tonight, the action continues at Northline Speedway for the running of the Darwin Title and Blue Ribbon Raceway with the second and final night.

Also, tonight's racing at Lismore Speedway (NSW) has been cancelled, due to the wet weather.

This Saturday and Sunday night see the NTWSA contest rounds 1 and 2 of the Total Tools Top End Challenge.
With the inclusion of NSW
drivers
Troy Carey
Jason Davis
Nathan Dicker
and Sam Borlini lining up for his first run of the season the racing is sure to go a notch or to.
With Jamie McInnes out to prove that his 4 starts and 4 wins was no fluke last meeting and locals
Brett Somerville and Darrin Uniacke showing some good speed it should be a top 2 nights of racing.
Sunday night also doubles as the Beta Butchers Darwin Title.
