We are having a Bootcamp Baby! 🩵😂

Although judging by this photo… apparently we’re ALL having babies. 🤰😂

Only one of these bumps has an actual baby growing in it though!

A big shoutout to our gorgeous expecting mum Salona, who is already juggling mum life, growing another little human AND still showing up, training with us and getting it done — with a few modifications along the way of course. 💪🏽

We’ve loved having that little bump growing alongside us at bootcamp… and we can’t wait to meet our newest (and tiniest!) bootcamp member. 🥰

As for the rest of our bumps… we have no explanation. 😂

🩵Farewell to our Weekend Warrior, Jane! 🩵

Yesterday we said goodbye to one of our Saturday bootcamp regulars, with Jane heading interstate 😭

Jane has been our true Weekend Warrior, turning up Saturday after Saturday ready to get it done 💪🏽

But perhaps her greatest contribution to bootcamp… Battle Rope Extraordinaire AND official battle-rope packer-upperer! 😂

Jane could somehow get that stupid oversized thing packed back into the car like an absolute PRO — a skill we will VERY much miss! 🤣🤣

Thank you for all the Saturday mornings, the workouts, the laughs and for wrestling that rope so we didn’t have to. 😂

We’re going to miss you, Jane! Wishing you all the very best for your interstate adventure. 🩵

And wherever you end up… we hope your new gym appreciates your battle-rope-packing talents as much as we did! 😂💪🏽
