The Armstrongs got the Crocs off to the perfect start, with Kelly making 37 (35) and Hannah adding 36 (38).

Rachel Andrew’s powerful 44 (30) was instrumental at the back end of the innings, helping guide Southern Districts home.

The Crocs are premiers once again, going BACK-TO-BACK! 🏆🏆

Ekam Dhillon led the way with 43 (41), before a strong captain’s knock from Eliza Jagger, finishing unbeaten on 40* (32), helped close out the innings strongly.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the Darwin & Districts Cricket Competition Senior Presentation Night as we recognised the outstanding performances and achievements from across the 2026 season.

Congratulations to all of our award winners, and thank you to the players, coaches, volunteers, clubs and supporters who continue to make cricket in the Territory so special. 👏

Congratulations to Damien Hassan from Tracy Village Cricket Club, named July’s AANT Volunteer of the Month.

Damien has been recognised for his contribution to junior cricket, supporting the club’s Under 9s and Under 11s and helping young players build confidence, teamwork and a love for the game.

Coordinating a large group of young cricketers takes patience, organisation and consistency, and Damien continues to put in the time each week to give the Under 11s a positive introduction to club cricket.

“Junior cricket is about more than runs and wickets. It’s about building confidence, teamwork and character.”
