Let’s face it—motivation can come and go, especially as we get to this time of the year. If you’re feeling a dip in motivation, it’s completely normal. But it’s in these moments that real progress happens. 💪

Here are some ways to refocus and keep pushing:

🎯 Remind Yourself of Your Goal: Why did you start this journey? What changes are you looking to see in yourself? Remembering your "why" can reignite that initial spark and help you power through.

💥 Who Are You Doing This For? Is this journey for you, your health, your happiness, or a stronger, more resilient version of yourself? Reconnecting with who you’re doing this for—especially if it's you—can bring clarity and focus.

💡 Visualize the Outcome: Imagine how you’ll feel when you reach your goals. Picture the energy, confidence, and pride you’ll have in knowing you didn’t give up, even when it got hard.

🔥 Find Your Support: Remember, you're not alone in your fitness journey. Connect with your workout buddies, share your struggles, and celebrate the small wins. Sometimes a quick pep talk is all it takes to get back on track.

The weeks are flying by! Can you believe December is here at the end of the week? 🎄 This time of year always feels like a blur, but we’re making the most of it by spotlighting our amazing Edge Goers 💪✨ Meet Cyan and her husband, Collis!

Cy has been a part of our Edge fam for a few years now, and she’s been training with PT Brad for the past three years—what an effort! 👏 Her dedication has been nothing short of inspiring. A year ago, she encouraged Collis to join the gym, marking his very first time in a fitness environment. With Brad’s guidance, Collis learned the ropes, from proper form to confidently using weights and equipment. And now? He’s smashing it on his own! 💥 Way to go, Collis!

Cy has lost an incredible 40kg since starting her fitness journey with us, including 15kg under Brad’s coaching. 🔥 She’s fully embraced her gym rat status and loves every minute of it! Whether she’s working out solo or teaming up with her bestie Kate (also an Edge Goer who trains with Brad), Cy brings the energy and motivation. Partner workouts for the win! 🏋️‍♀️👯‍♀️

Sadly, Cy and Collis will be relocating in mid-December 😢 While we’ll miss their positive vibes around the gym, we’re so proud of everything they’ve achieved and excited for their next chapter. Thank you both for being part of the Edge community—let’s make these last few weeks count! 🧡

Eases Muscle Tension 💆‍♂️: Static or dynamic stretches can relax tight muscles, reducing stiffness and discomfort.

Enhancing Flexibility 🤸🏻‍♀️: Regular stretching can improve the range of motion and reduce the risk of DOMS in the future.
