Thank you everyone for my birthday wishes ❤️❤️ very blessed to have so many wonderful people to help celebrate my 51 years. Had an amazing relaxing day in Bali with Tony, started with a run, R&R on the beach with refreshing coconut & Smirnoff ice and book no.2. Dinner and birthday gelato 🍧 it was delicious and finished with an hour foot reflexology. Very spoilt as the 3 Edmondstone children FaceTime from different end of the global to have a chat 🥰 Big hugs to Tony for chilling with me all day❤️

Today didn’t go as planned with 4 hours in ED instead of training clients. . 30KG dumbbell, Steel rack and my finger don’t play nice together. After seeing some bone, ED it is. Thanks Lochy for helping & driving me, not what you expect in your 6am training session. 5 stitches and a splint later. Sadly no Bali Saturday 🥹. Bright side I can keep training you all next week and lots of leg sessions & running for me❤️.
BTW nails still look fabulous 🥰
