What a fantastic three weeks it’s been for our Nilma Darnum Junior Football Club! ❤️🖤

Our Under 10’s have been on fire, winning three games in a row! The confidence and teamwork they’re showing each week has been outstanding.

Our Under 12’s are still chasing that first win, but what they have shown is something just as important continuous improvement, determination, and smiling faces every single week. The results will come if they keep bringing that attitude.

Our Under 14’s have put together a strong month, winning 2 of their last 3 games and continuing to build as a team.

A huge congratulations to all of our award winners across every grade. Your effort, sportsmanship and commitment to your teammates doesn’t go unnoticed.

Most importantly, have a listen to our kids singing the club song. Moments like these are what junior football is all about mateship, belonging, having fun and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

We’re incredibly proud of every player, coach, volunteer and family who continues to make our club such a special place.

❤️🖤 Bridging the Gap 🖤❤️

Tonight our Under 14’s had the opportunity to train alongside our Under 16’s, and it was fantastic to see everyone out on the track together.

The jump from junior football into youth football can be one of the biggest and sometimes the scariest steps in a young player’s footy journey. It’s also the age where we often see kids drift away from the game.

That’s exactly why we put nights like this together.

Training with the older group helps build confidence, create friendships, and gives our Under 14’s a glimpse of what’s ahead. It shows them that the next step isn’t something to fear it’s something to look forward to.

To finish off a great night, everyone came together for a hot dog, a chat, and plenty of laughs. ❤️🌭

A big thank you to everyone who helped make the night happen. We’re proud to be building not just better footballers, but a strong, connected club where every player feels supported on their journey.
