We’re back in action this Saturday as we head to Trafalgar for Round 10 of the season!

With the season now past the halfway mark, every game becomes even more important as our teams continue to push towards the finals. After a solid club effort last week, we’re looking forward to another big day of football and netball.

🌟 ROUND 9 RESULTS 🌟

Round 9 saw us welcome Lang Lang to our home ground, marking the halfway point of the 2026 season. While the results were mixed across the board, there were still plenty of positives to take away as we head into the second half of the season.

Our B Grade netballers continued their strong form with another important win securing 5th position on the leaderboard, while A Grade dug deep to secure a hard-fought victory. The Under 18 footballers were outstanding once again, recording a convincing win to continue their impressive season.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t our day in the senior football ranks or junior netball, with all teams coming up against strong opposition. Our Under 16 footballers enjoyed a bye.

A big congratulations to:
✅ A Grade Netball – 48 to 41 winners
✅ B Grade Netball – 58 to 48 winners
✅ Under 18 Football – 96 to 33 winners

As we reach the halfway mark of the season, we’d like to thank all our players, coaches, volunteers, sponsors, members and supporters for their continued commitment and support. The effort being put in across the club each week is something we’re incredibly proud of, and there’s plenty to look forward to in the second half of the year.

Next week, we head to Trafalgar for another big day of football and netball. We’d love to see plenty of red and black making the trip to support our teams.

This Saturday we’re back on home soil as we take on Lang Lang in what promises to be another exciting day of football and netball!

After a strong and competitive outing last week, our teams are ready to hit the court and field again in front of our home crowd. We’d love to see our supporters, sponsors, families and friends get around the club and help create a great atmosphere throughout the day.

🌟 ROUND 8 RESULTS 🌟

Round 8 saw us take on Buln Buln in a closely contested day across both football and netball, with honours shared between the clubs.

Congratulations to our Under 18 Footballers on their strong 43–32 win, while on the netball courts our A Grade, B Grade, C Grade and Under 17 teams all came away with fantastic victories.
A special mention to our A Grade girls who held on for a nail-biting 50–48 win!

Off the court & field, our Mid Season Ball was an absolute hit! 🎉

A massive shout out to everyone who attended and helped create such an incredible atmosphere. It was fantastic to see our club come together for a night full of laughs, dancing and plenty of fun.

A huge thank you to our amazing Social Committee for all of the work that went into organising the event. The night was a huge success and a credit to your efforts.

We’d also like to thank one of our major sponsors, The Downtowner Warragul, for hosting us and helping make the night possible. We are incredibly grateful for your ongoing support to our club.

Thank you to all of our players, coaches, volunteers, life members and supporters for another great weekend representing the red and black.
