It’s been a while - 1 x torn rotator cuff, two successful seasons of bodybuilding resulting in a State, National and Australasian title plus a pro card win and now back in lockdown

Here's to you Aaron my client who I’ve coached with nutrition and programmed his training. This is 5 months hard work, a family man 49 years old who gets up at 4am to train before work everyday, preps his meals, doesn’t complain, doesn’t stray from diet, asks questions and trusts the process. Through mindset coaching as well supplementation through and he’s dropped 17kg

It hasn’t been easy, but the results are worth the sacrifice, and yes a cheat meal weekly. It’s a lifestyle not a quick fix
