Just a reminder that there are NO CLASSES Monday due to the public holiday. Enjoy the extra day, classes resume Wednesday!

Who would be interested in doing fortnightly walks? Im thinking Sunday mornings. 5km-ish walks. Kid, pram and dog friendly (at your own risk and only well behaved dogs please)
First one will be Sunday June 7. Time 10am, walking around the inlet near koombana. If youre interested, please let me know and ill start a group.
This is a free walk, just something to help us get a bit of socialising in, getting our steps in and helping each other be motivated.

Meal prepping dinner for the week ahead
Already on in the slow cooker is my beef casserole (ill add my frozen chopped veg later), im still going to do:
Chicken, leek and broccoli lasagne (thanks fb for the recipe)
Butter chicken and rice pilaff
Spaghetti and meatballs
Overnight puddings for my breakfast
Apple and cinnamon cake

Who else meal preps? Whats a good go to of yours?
I never used to but have tried to start these past few weeks and its a game changer already having something done and in the fridge waiting!
