The 2026 Dandenong Open took place over the past 2 weekends with the Junior Open held on Saturday 8th August, the Senior, Youth & Para Open on Sunday 9th August and the Veterans Open taking place across August 15-16.

It was a fantastic event for all with strong entries across the various age categories making for some fierce competition throughout.

Dandenong President Bob Bozelle was pleased with the tournament stating: "Congratulations to all competitors. The level of competition over both weekends was of a very high standard and all in attendance were privileged to witness some terrific and dynamic games of table tennis.”

“Many thanks to the Tournament Directors, Referees and Umpires, whose contributions ensured the smooth running of all events.”

“GDTTA once again presented a first-class venue, maintaining its tradition of hosting top level events" added Bozelle.
