Tough day at the office for us in Round 09 against Casey Tuskers CC.
Started strong with a 130/0 opening partnership, but unfortunately, we collapsed and got bowled out for 200, losing the game.

Despite the loss, we're still sitting at the top of the ladder with equal points and a solid RunRate!

Match Results and players performances Round08

Due to the overnight rain and drizzle on the day overs were reduced due change of ground and rain.
Team secured a fantastic win against Casey Maroons CC. We came out on top by 56 runs, showcasing some excellent performances across the board.

This victory is especially sweet as it keeps us at the top of the ladder! With just 6 more games to go, the stakes are high, but the team's spirit is even higher. Let's carry this momentum forward and finish strong.

Kulin Copperheads SC extends its deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Ben Austin, as well as to everyone at Ferntree Gully Cricket Club and the entire FGCC community, during this incredibly tough time. Ben's loss is deeply felt, and our thoughts are with all those who cherished him.

As a mark of respect, all Kulin Copperheads players will wear black armbands and observe a minute of silence before this week's matches.
We encourage our members, players and all supporters to stand with us in remembering Ben

💔 The Ferntree Gully Cricket Club sadly wishes to advise of the tragic passing of our player, Ben Austin on 29/10/25.

We are absolutely devastated by the passing of Ben, and the impacts of his death will be felt by all in our cricket community.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family - Jace, Tracey, Cooper & Zach, his extended family, his friends and to all of those who knew Ben and the joy that he brought.

We ask you to please respect the privacy of Ben’s family during this time.

Jace & Tracey would like to thank Ambulance Vic, the Police, the Monash Children’s Hospital and those people who assisted on Tuesday.

Further details will be shared as they become known, and we will advise of these through our usual process.

Hey Everyone

We're absolutely buzzing to announce that Kulin Copperheads SC is back and ready to compete in the Southern Cricket Association (SCA). Southern Cricket Association- SCA

This year, we're hitting the field once again in Grade 03, and after narrowly missing out in the Quarter-Finals last season, our sights are set even higher.
The boys hv been working hard in the off-season, playing diff T20 comps and a good 2 months break.

Leading the charge this season, we're proud to announce that “Sheraz Qudrat” will be returning as our Captain, bringing his experience, Supporting him as Vice Captain is the dynamic Mohsin Ayobi, whose leadership and passion are invaluable to our squad.

Additionally, a big shoutout to Faizan Rahim, who will be stepping in as VC whenever Sheraz and Mohsin are off the field, ensuring we always have strong leadership in place.

We want to extend a massive congratulations to Sheraz, Mohsin, Faizan, and wishing the team a very best of Luck for the season.

Hi Everyone!

This will be the team to for “Preliminary Final” against Melbourne Sixers this Sunday.

Our boys defeated “Melbourne Blues” in the QF last week chasing a big margin of 195 Runs. Now just a few more steps away.

As mentioned last time we have come this far, but it’s not the end. Just a few 2 more game away from the flag.
