🎯 MDL Delegates Meeting Minutes & Next Meeting Date 🎯

Hey MDL players and captains! Please take note of a few important updates and procedures from our recent delegates meeting:

📱 New DartConnect Procedure: To prevent lineup entry errors, teams must now write down their lineup on a piece of paper and swap it with the opposing team. The opposing captains will then enter your team's lineup into DartConnect on your behalf. As a reminder, whatever is entered into DartConnect is considered gospel!

🛑 Meeting Attendance: If you are the designated representative attending a delegates meeting for your team, you must actually be present at the meeting. Representatives are not allowed to be off playing darts while the meeting is taking place.

📅 Next Meeting Date: Our next delegates meeting will be held on the 5th of October.

Please ensure your teams are aware of the new DartConnect lineup rules before your next match. Game on! 🍻🎯

🎯 2026 MDL Annual General Meeting (AGM) Minutes 🎯

Our AGM was also held on Monday night. Thank you to everyone who stayed, had a drink, and participated in shaping the league for the upcoming year!

👏 Your 2026/2027 Committee: The current Executive Committee was re-elected unopposed. Thank you for your continued support! (Bruce, Kylie, Joyce, Brittany, Pat, and Jodie).
⚖️ Format Change (Division 2): Following a vote by Div 2 captains, Division 2 will officially move to a Best of 3 format next season to help matches finish at a more reasonable time.
🤝 Code of Conduct: A polite reminder to all players and chalkers to uphold the league's Code of Conduct. Captains are responsible for their players. Any formal complaints must be submitted in writing within a week of an incident.

Darts Victoria has officially released the details for the 2026 State Reserve Challenge heading to Colac on the 19th & 20th of September!

🎯 IMPORTANT: DELEGATES MEETING, AGM & TROPHY PRESENTATION 🎯

Just a quick reminder that our August Delegates Meeting, Annual General Meeting (AGM), and the Trophy Presentation Night are all happening this coming Monday.

Please take note of the earlier start time so we can fit all the formalities and celebrations in!

- Delegates Meeting: We will run through our standard monthly league business first.
