Thank You, Mitch 🖤🤍

After three years at the helm of the Dalyston Seniors, we say a huge thank you to Mitch Hallahan for his incredible contribution as Senior Coach.

Mitch leaves his role having etched his name into Dalyston Football Club history, becoming just the 8th coach in our history to coach for three years or more.

His tenure has been highlighted by some fantastic individual achievements, including:
🏆 Best & Fairest 2024
🏆 Best & Fairest 2025
⭐ Team of the Year 2024

But beyond the awards and accolades, Mitch's contribution has been measured in the countless hours spent at training, on game day, preparing, planning, supporting players and doing everything possible to get the best out of our footballers and our club.

The Senior Coach role demands an enormous amount of time, energy and commitment, often well beyond what people see on a Saturday afternoon. Mitch has given that commitment wholeheartedly over the past three seasons.

A special thank you to Mitch's family; Jarney and Heidi. We recognise the sacrifices and support that come with allowing someone to devote so much time to a football club. Your support has played a huge part in Mitch being able to give so much to Dalyston.

Mitch, thank you for your leadership, commitment, passion and everything you've done for the Dalyston Football Club.

Congratulations on an outstanding three years.

SEMI FINAL TRAFFIC AT DALYSTON (05/09/2026)
Please note there will be changed traffic arrangements for this Saturdays Semi Finals at Dalyston.
To help ease congestion at the Tulloch St entrance, traffic coming from Wonthaggi will be directed down Daly St and Elizabeth St to the main reserve entrance.
Traffic coming from Kilcunda will turn right onto Tulloch St as per normal.
Once inside the ground cars will be directed by parking attendants .
If the Reserve capacity is reached and you are parking in the surrounding streets please respect residents property and do not park across or block driveways.
Buses will be directed to park at the Powlett River Primary School on the north side of highway.
