Couldn't wait for it to cool down. Seriously looking forward to breakfast to revisit healthy eating. Or after tea 🤷‍♀️. Had it with Bunny's honey Emma.

Seriously good bread for hormones.

1.5 cups rolled oats
1.5 cups filtered water
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds (i used black)
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup Inca berries
1/2 cup walnuts
1/3 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 cup chia seeds
4 tablespoons psyllium husk
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon molasses
1 teaspoon sea salt

Blend altogether. Pour batter in lined loaf pan and cook in oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes on 165 degrees Celsius fan bake.

No stairmaster. No problem. Hop on one foot up and run down. Makes you concentrate when you know these are knee buckling steel stairs. Hooray for sheds.
