She climbed the world’s tallest free standing mountain! 💪🏻

Karen started PT with me in April 2025 with a very special goal in mind; to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. 🗻

This wasn’t just about getting fitter or stronger. It was something deeply personal, connected to a dream she had shared with her father before his passing.

So, she committed. She trained. She showed up. Week after week, Karen worked hard to build the strength, fitness and confidence she would need for the challenge ahead.
And 15 months later… SHE DID IT! 🙌🏼🏔️

To know that the work we did together helped prepare Karen for such a huge achievement is something I’ll never forget. ❤️

Very blessed to be part of her journey. Her determination and commitment has been incredible to watch.

100 days. 8,000 steps. Every single day. 👣

People often think progress comes from one big workout or a burst of motivation. The reality is it's built through the small habits you show up for day after day.
For the past 100 days, I've reached 8,000 steps every single day. Not because every day felt easy, but because consistency matters more than perfection. Some days I only just made it, while on others I smashed the goal.

It's a reminder that small, consistent actions really do create lasting results. 🙌🏻

At Tamara Lee Personal Training, we're passionate about supporting our local community, so it was an honour to sponsor the Dalby State High School Kokoda Challenge team.
Watching these students take on such an incredible challenge with resilience, teamwork and determination has been inspiring. We hope this experience is one they'll remember for years to come.

You'll learn what it really means to engage your core, how to move into each exercise with control, and why the transition is often just as important as the movement itself. 🫶

We'll progressively build each exercise to suit your ability, refining your technique and helping you discover the small adjustments that can make a big difference.
