Josh started at 61kg at 6ft 3 and has put on 17kg of lean muscle mass πŸ’ͺ He has consistent mindset and always gives everything he got in PT! Constantly struggling to put on weight Josh was eating well over 3000 calories of clean whole food! Talk about dedication πŸ‘

He has always done everything I ask whether it was his training or bulk plan and it has been an absolute pleasure to watch him smash his goals πŸ’ͺπŸ‘Š

I can't wait to see what he does next!
