🤠 You would not believe that my client lost 7kg, dropped 10cm off her waist, AND booked a photoshoot to celebrate…
all while living a real, full life.

When Jess first came to me she felt stuck. Like the effort she was putting in just wasn’t showing up the way she wanted in her body or her confidence.
Since then we’ve gone from 56.2kg → 49kg and a 74cm waist down to 64cm.

But honestly? Seeing her photos from the photoshoot and how she owned every second of it, is what I’m most proud of.
