It’s hard to sum up all the feelings from the past 6 months since the doors opened at Above Gym.

It goes without saying, the best part has easily been the people involved and the connections made.

We truly are blessed with our crew.

People that strive for more, support their teammates and add so much value into the daily experience of training at Above.

What we have created and established together within a short amount of time is hard to come by.

Our first ever 12 week block was mental.

The improvements across everyone’s performance metrics have been elite.

Form, strength, conditioning - you name it, all through the roof.

The rigs.. far out, the body composition progress with so many has been damn impressive! Lean, fast, strong, athletic.

Seeing everyone healthy, happy and thriving is truly what this is all about.

Credit to you all for the dedication and commitment shown.
