“Why I created my online training program for parents like you…”

You know those moments when everything feels like chaos? One kid’s crying, another needs help, and somewhere in the middle of it all, you’re just trying to get through the day—let alone fit in time to exercise. That’s where I was when I realized something needed to change.

I built my online training program because I’ve been in your shoes. As a dad of three, I know exactly how hard it is to prioritize your own health when you’re juggling family, work, and life. It’s easy to feel like there’s no time or energy left for yourself. But here’s the truth: you can take care of yourself without sacrificing family time.

My program is for parents who:
* Struggle to find time to hit the gym
* Want simple, flexible workouts they can do at home (with minimal equipment)
* Need accountability and support from someone who gets their lifestyle
* Want to feel strong, confident, and pain-free—without adding stress to their already busy lives

Because here’s the thing: your loved ones and family deserve you at your best. When you’re strong, healthy, and feeling good in your body, you’re able to show up for them in ways you never thought possible. It’s not just about physical strength, it’s about the energy and confidence to be present for your kids, to set an example of what resilience really looks like.
You deserve to feel good in your body, and I’m here to help you make that happen.

When I was a wee laddie……..👶

“I used to think fitness had to be all or nothing. 🏋️‍♂️ Either I was hitting the gym for hours, sticking to the ‘perfect’ diet, or… what’s the point, right? I’d go all in, burn out, and then give up until the next Monday (or the one after that). It felt like a constant battle, and one slip-up made me feel like I’d lost all progress.

But here’s the truth I wish I knew earlier: fitness isn’t all or nothing. It’s not about being perfect 100% of the time. In fact, it’s about showing up consistently, even when things aren’t perfect. That’s when I started living by the 80/20 rule, and everything changed.

Now, I focus on what I do most of the time—hitting my workouts 80% of the week, eating foods that fuel me 80% of the time, and allowing space for life to happen the other 20%. That balance doesn’t just apply to fitness; it applies to everything:

• Health: 80% eating, 20% exercising
• Wealth: 80% habits, 20% math
• Happiness: 80% purpose, 20% fun
• Relationships: 80% giving, 20% receiving

This shift was a game-changer. I stopped beating myself up over every missed workout or off-track meal. Instead, I focused on the long game. The result? More progress, less stress, and a lifestyle I could actually sustain.

So if you’ve been stuck in that ‘all or nothing’ cycle, here’s your reminder: You don’t need to be perfect to see results. Consistency beats intensity. Focus on doing what matters most of the time, and let go of the rest. 💪”

Stay Motivated, Stay Strong 💪

Facing challenges on your fitness journey?

This list is all too familiar…

Spending time with family,
looking after 2 young kids,
busy client social outings,
growing an international business to run…

These were the potential roadblocks to the progress that my client desired and envisioned.

Once we had pinpointed these aspects……Instead of using these things as excuses not to chase after his health goals, he utilized each one of them as a reason TO reach his goals.

Remember Your Why: Reflect on the reasons you started this journey. Whether it’s to be a healthy role model for your kids, boost your energy levels, or improve your overall well-being, keep your “why” front and center. Write it down and revisit it whenever you need a boost.

Set Small, Achievable Goals: Big goals can sometimes feel overwhelming. Break them down into smaller, manageable steps. Celebrate each small victory along the way. Progress is progress, no matter how small.

Embrace Flexibility: Life with kids is unpredictable. Some days won’t go as planned, and that’s okay. Be flexible with your schedule and give yourself grace. If you miss a workout, don’t sweat it—just get back on track the next day.

Find Your Support System: Surround yourself with people who uplift and encourage you. Join a community of like-minded parents, find a workout buddy, or connect with an online support group. Sharing your journey with others can make all the difference.
Motivation isn’t always about feeling fired up. It’s about staying committed to your goals, even when the initial excitement wears off. With a detailed, well-thought-out plan and accountability, my client more than surpassed his expectations.
