After completing her RAD major examinations she then completed her diploma of ballet and performing arts in 2003 at Sheila Laing Academy of Performing Arts. After post studies in Adelaide she continued to further her knowledge to then graduate from Brent Street Studios in Sydney 2004. On moving to London, UK, Michelle made her break and was successful as a dancer featuring in the movie “Mamma Mia”
in 2007. With over 20 years of experience in the performing arts industry, Michelle became even more passionate about fitness, health, and well being, and believes there is no greater feeling than assisting her clients to be the best version of themselves! After completing her Certificate III and IV in Fitness in 2013, and YTT 200hr, Michelle has been working as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach, Yoga Teacher and Barre Instructor. She loves to challenge her clients, push them beyond their boundaries but ultimately still have fun. Her high level of passion, coupled with her vast knowledge and fierce desire for success will ensure you succeed throughout your journey.
