Complete each AMRAP for 7 minutes as many rounds as possible.
2 minute rest between each AMRAP.

AMRAP #1
10 x Push ups
20 x Stepping lunges
30 x Star jumps

AMRAP #2
5 x Burpees
10 x Squat jumps
15 x Full sit ups

AMRAP #3
30 x Plank Shoulder taps R & L
20 x Dips
10 x V up sit ups

SO You asked and I'm trying to deliver.
I will always do my best to support my tribe by how I know best= Connect, Move and Laugh.

If you are stuck in lock down come join the fun. If you are having financial difficulties let me know and I'll look after you. Don't let $$ be the reason not to join in the fun.

This coming week join me to get your bodies moving and have a laugh whilst we do it.

The yoga classes will be streaming from my LIVE class at Tallebudgera Rec centre as restrictions have lifted there to that's a blessing for half my tribe but I will not let my other half down.

This is a crazy time for everyone no matter which said of the opinion fence you sit..... I think we can all agree that it just sucks in total.

But we have to keep showing up, looking after ourselves physically and mentally and stay connected to your people.

Life makes us pivot to ensure we grow and never to get comfortable.

Do you carve out time every day to WORKOUT?

And by workout I don't just mean going to the gym, a run or stepping onto your yoga mat.

I mean really showing up for yourself.

Connecting with your body and your mind.

Getting really present in what you're doing, how you're doing it, why you're doing it. Your intention! Your reason!

My belief is when we show up to workout it, it means we want to create a better version of ourselves and that means doing the work inside and out.

So I invite you to check in and set an intention next time you hit the gym, the path or your mat etc.

Who of you here have a meditation practice?

Who of you here believes YOU CAN'T meditate?

~ It's a waste of time.
~ You've got better things to do.
~ I can't sit still.
~ You don't have enough time to just sit around.
~ That is just Wuwu Witching poo stuff.
ETC ETC BLAR BLAR...

I DID TO!!! I had sooo much resistance to meditation and so many excuses not to do it but I have been " forced" ( used very roughly as noone is holding a gun to my head etc) to practice for my course AND FAR OUT...

The shifts I'm feeling and the improvements I'm noticing already HOLY S**T!! I kind of want to slap myself for taking my sweet arse time do commit to the process.

Let's be real- I know deep down in side the main reason I didn't want to meditate is because I didn't want to deal with & look at my emotional s**t, stories, beliefs that I had been pushing down my entire life.

I knew if I sat still and was quiet FINALLY my body, my conscience and subconscious mind would have ALOT to say. I didn't want to deal with any of it- SOUND FAMILIAR PEEPS?

BUT...... it hasn't really been the dark place I thought I would find myself in. Actually quite the opposite. It's like I'm downloading all the answers to challenges or problems I'm coming up against in life. It's helping to guide me, to keep me in flow and connected to self. Its connected me back to my intent, my vow and purpose in life.

F**k me its powerful.
