Who of you here have a meditation practice?
Who of you here believes YOU CAN'T meditate?
Who of you here thinks:
~ It's a waste of time.
~ You've got better things to do.
~ I can't sit still.
~ You don't have enough time to just sit around.
~ That is just Wuwu Witching poo stuff.
ETC ETC BLAR BLAR...
I DID TO!!! I had sooo much resistance to meditation and so many excuses not to do it but I have been " forced" ( used very roughly as noone is holding a gun to my head etc) to practice for my course AND FAR OUT...
The shifts I'm feeling and the improvements I'm noticing already HOLY S**T!! I kind of want to slap myself for taking my sweet arse time do commit to the process.
Let's be real- I know deep down in side the main reason I didn't want to meditate is because I didn't want to deal with & look at my emotional s**t, stories, beliefs that I had been pushing down my entire life.
I knew if I sat still and was quiet FINALLY my body, my conscience and subconscious mind would have ALOT to say. I didn't want to deal with any of it- SOUND FAMILIAR PEEPS?
BUT...... it hasn't really been the dark place I thought I would find myself in. Actually quite the opposite. It's like I'm downloading all the answers to challenges or problems I'm coming up against in life. It's helping to guide me, to keep me in flow and connected to self. Its connected me back to my intent, my vow and purpose in life.
F**k me its powerful.
