Swannie is all topped up, checked out and ready to head off on her next adventures. One of our wonderful hirers is currently staying at Carnarvon Gorge showing their three little ones the delights of the great walking tracks, the Indigenous art works and wonderful streams. They are staying at the Takarakka Bush Camp Resort and have already told us they are absolutely loving it.
Swannie’s next adventure is to Airlie Beach where our hirers are taking their family for a beach break during the school holidays.

Well Swannie certainly has been getting out and about lately. She has shown lots of families what its like to be out and about in beautiful Queensland. Beerwah in the shadow of the gorgeous Glasshouse Mountains, Booloumba Falls near Kennilworth and soon she will be taking one lucky family to Carnarvon Gorge. Ohhh, I want to go too!!

Camp fires and great scenery! Isn’t that what winter camping is all about? Swannie the Jayco Swan has been, dusted off, shined up and Covid cleaned and is ready to hit the road! Bookings have been fast and furious since lock down finished and we are sorry we haven’t been able to fill all the enquiries we have received. But lots of families are ready to brave the chilly nights (with the air con blasting!) load up the car and head off for a week or so. Why not be one of them? It’s great to see people thinking about getting out and about again. We’ve had two bookings in two days and further enquires. June/July weather is perfect for exploring beautiful Qld particularly while we are not competing with Southerners for camp spots!

Just had a great weekend away at The Habitat north of Noosa. Thrilled we actually got the use the van ourselves! Great views of the water .

Thanks to Christine G and her family for taking such good care of the van during her weekend hire. Dave set the van up at Cotton Tree Caravan Park and the family were able to enjoy the air con as well as the sea breeze! They caught with a large group of their friends for an annual get together.
